*Little Moments* Mixed Media Canvas Entry for More Than Words Challenge

Hey Crafty Friends how are you all doing?  Hope all is well and you're getting your crafting on!  I finally had a chance to join More Than Words Challenge,  it's been awhile since I've entered!
I've had a canvas sitting in my unfinished pile so I thought I would grab one of the canvases that I started months ago and got busy creating!  I started grabbing my pink flowers and embellishments I wanted to use on the canvas.  When I created this canvas I was thinking of how I say Goodbye to some of my projects,  even though I'd like to keep them all it is impossible.  When someone buys my project I detach myself from it even though it might be a favorite of mine and let it go.  Saying Goodbye or letting go is sometimes a challenge but in Life we must learn to say Goodbye and let go!
You can see all the details below!

This Challenge at More Than Words was so fun I hope you get a chance to join the challenge!
Thank you for stopping by!

Happy Creating!

Spread Your Wings DT Project for 49 and Market

Hi Scrappy Friends,  Phyllis here to share my Fanasty "Spread Your Wings" Layout using  lots of produst from 49 and Market!  I created this layout for More Than Words March 2019 Challenge Fanasty and Wings.

For my background I used "Paper N. 03" from Vintage Remnants collection and created some texture and color using some mixed media products such as texture paste and acrylic paints.  I then ink stamped using "Gabi's Texture Stamp" and "Vintage Remnants Doily".

The Word Fanasty inspires me to create a magical themed layout.  For the creative challenge I used chipboard,  Dragonflies and Butterflies from Reneabouquets for Wings spread out on my layout!

To my design I added Laser Cut Shapes from Vintage Remnants N. 01 and N. 04 Frame sets for layering. I also used "Tropical Paradise" Laser Cut Shapes.
I grabbed the beautiful "Sky Blue" Stargazer flowers and "Sandcastle" Garden Seeds for more dimension.

In completing my layout I added some chipboard pieces, Dragonflies and Butterflies from Reneabouquets,  they were the perfect touch I needed to finish this layout!

I love creating lots of layers and 49 and Market helps me achieve it using Laser Cut Shapes,  Flowers and papers.

As always thank you for stopping by and stayed tuned for more beautiful creations from 49 and Market design team and be sure to check out More Than Words March 2019 Challenge

Beach Fun Layout Entry for More Than Words Challenge & Cuts2Luv Challenge

Hi Crafty Friends!  I'm here with another layout for 2 challenges!  I entered More Than Words June Challenge Journey & Maps and Cuts2luv June Challenge!  They're both a great combination for challenges!  It's been a long time since I've entered More Than Words Challenge!
I decided to go use pinks for a beachy themed layout,   I know not the "Norm" but it was so fun to create!
I really wanted to go simple but once I started creating I just couldn't stop with adding embellishments!

I used ReneaBouquets Beautiful Board Chipboard,  ReneaBouquets Handcrafted Butterflies,  Art Anthology Lotus Stencil and Cuts2luv Badges!  Of course lots of Prima flowers and Prima Color Bloom Sprays.

The word Journey inspired me to create a beachy themed layout,  our Journey to Mexico was long but once we arrived at the beach it was like heaven on earth!  I LOVE the beach,  but who doesn't right???  I wanted to capture a picture of my kids who are so different!

Hope you get a chance to check out these challenges and enter!

My Entry for More Than Words April Challenge Dream/Black & White + One Color

What a great challenge from More Than Words April Dream/Black & White +1!  My instinct wanted to go with blue but because I love to challenge myself I went with a rust color!
Here is my layout!  This picture of my kids is one of my favorites!  Each one of them have such different personalities and have different strengths,  I say Dare to Dream Big!  Don't settle for just your Dream but go after it with all of who you are!
I used the checkered stencil to represent each block is a building block on who they are becoming!

I used an embossing powder that looked like it was going to be that rust color but once I heated it on the black paper it looked more burnt!
Thanks for stopping by!

My Entry for More Than Words Challenge Beautfil & Butterfly using Art Anthology & ReneaBouquets

I finally had time to join More Than Words Beautiful & Butterfly challenge!  So many ways to create with this challenge!  I was thinking at first I was going to do something Fairytale but when I started I firgured I would create a layout of my daughter when she was a baby.  She was so tiny and so perfect!  I chose these colors because it makes me think of how beautiful each and every baby is full of color.  Sometimes so soft and quiet and other times so bright and loud!  and of course who doesn't love using butterflies in their layouts?!  Below is my layout!
I started with adding clear Gesso and then started stamping.  Once I was done stamping I grabbed my Art Anthology goodies and ReneaBouquets items and started creating my layout.

I am a crazy fool for lots of texture but I can't seem to have it any other way!  LOL

I love to add sparkle to my layouts using various beads,  glitter glass,  say it with crystals,  glitter,  microbeads and sequins.  It gets messy and trying to keep those items to not fall on the floor is nearly impossible!

I used ReneaBouquets Delicate Beauty Tiny Treasures Butterflies,  I thought they were perfect for this layout,  it ties everything in with all the stamping.

I hope you get a chance to join the challenge!  I love to check out all the talented Design Team members projects,  so inspiring!
